For a fledgling musician, getting your name out can often be more difficult than writing a great song. As with any marketing campaign, success means penetrating multiple markets—and YouTube is one of the largest modern sources for music discovery and promotion. This video, along with a series of others, was released in the days and weeks prior to a performance at Chicago's Elbo Room to help build buzz... the show was a great success.
